Getting started

Download StretchLock, pick the apps you want to lock, and choose your stretch types. The app walks you through permissions during setup.

Start small — locking one or two apps is enough to build the habit.

A locked app is not asking for a stretch

Make sure StretchLock has the permissions it requested during setup, and that the app is included in your locked list.

Restarting your phone after setup resolves most permission issues.

I want to change my stretches or apps

Open StretchLock and head to your settings. You can edit your locked apps, stretch types, exceptions, and daily limits at any time.

Billing and plans

The free plan includes a limited number of stretch unlocks per day. Upgrading unlocks unlimited stretches, more stretch types, and custom apps.
